Please take into account that I anticipate more frequent posts on this site than on the others I've maintained (greg-and-sue.com and iglesia-del-este.com) since this site is actually the combination of my former sites along with a new focus on Bible teaching and preaching in English. So, if you subsribe via e-mail, you may be receiving an update several days out of the week. If that will bother you, then maybe you could just check the site every now and then, or subscribe via RSS through a reader (like Google's), to see if there are new articles.
